She devoted her life to the care of others Opal Clements passed away Sunday June 2, 2013 at the Kindred Health Care in Harrodsburg, KY. She was 87. Funeral services are 10amCT/11amET, Wednesday June 5, 2013 at McKinney-Brown funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Garry Allen officiating. Burial is at Bethelridge Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday, June 4, 2013, 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, at the funeral home. Opal Clements, 87, Casey Co., KY (1926-2013 Born Friday, April 30, 1926 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Riley and Maggie Wesley Godbey. She died Sunday, June 2, 2013, in Harrodsburg, Mercer County, KY, at the age of 87 years, 1 month, and 3 days. She was a homemaker and a member of the Liberty First Church of God. She loved to quilt and was very involved in helping raise her family. Opal devoted her life to the care of others. Ms. Opal is the widow of William A. Clements, who passed away October 8, 2003.
