How does Maury Lewis get the snake out of her tree?

Can anybody out there help? It's a good sized snake and it has been holed up in the tree for four days now.

Maury Lewis writes:

I have a snake inside of a tree on my property. There was a bird nest there and when the snake went into the tree a good size baby Starling came out. It was too small to fly and it hopped over into some grass with mom and dad flying over head.

I don't know if the snake ate a bird in the nest and is too big to get out or if it just likes that tree. The snake has been in the tree for four days and all I see now and not very often is his black head with a white throat. It is a pretty good size snake. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it out? - Maury Lewis

Maury's holed up snake is out of inside the tree

2013-06-03 - Beautiful Joppa, Adair County, KY - Photo by Maury Lewis. The snake is out of the tree and he is identified as a rat snake. He came out on his own. He is welcomed on this property and will not be bothered any more. If the identification is not correct then I will take correction and would appreciate being corrected. - Maury Lewis
