Geraldean Mae Wall Salyers, age 77, of Mt. Olive, Casey County, KY passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2013, at Ephriam McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.

Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Saturday June 1, 2013 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY. Funeral Services will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Sunday June 2, 2013 at Mt. Olive Christian Church. Rev. Greg Powell officiating. Burial will be in the Salyers Cemetery.

Geraldean Mae Wall was born in Humphrey, KY on April 13, 1936. She was the daughter of Delta Elliott Wall of Waynesburg and the late Cyrus Wall. She died Wednesday, May 29, 2013, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 77 years, 1 months, and 16 days. She was the widow of James "Jimmy" Salyers.

Additional Survivors include:
  • One daughter: Kathy (Richard) Weddle of Liberty, KY

  • Three sons: Anthony (Linda) Salyers of Liberty, KY; James (Sonya) Salyers of Yosemite, KY; and Eric Salyers of Indianapolis, IN

  • One son in law: Herb Todd of Kings Mountain, KY

  • Eight grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren

  • Two step-great grandchildren

  • Four brothers: Sherrill Wall of Yosemite, KY; Glenn Wall of Eubank, KY; Lee and J.C. Wall both of Waynesburg, KY

  • Two sisters: Nora Wall of Eubank, KY; and Janet Foley of Waynesburg, KY
In addition to her father and spouse she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Todd.

The Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY in charge of arrangements.
