Two Columbia, KY vehicles involved in Marion injury collision By TFC Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Trooper Jonathan Houk is investigating a collision that occurred at 10:45pmET, Friday, May 18, 2013, 2 miles west of Lebanon, KY, on US 68. 24-year-old Joanna Logston of Columbia, KY was operating a 1997 Cadillac and backed out of a private driveway and into the path of a westbound 2005 Chevy 4-dr. The Chevy was operated by 31-year-old Charles J. Richardson of Columbia who was not belted. A passenger in the Logston vehicle, 28-year-old Lashana Stapp, also of Columbia, KY and Logston were not wearing seatbelts and were transported to Springview Hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries. - TFC Wm.
