ACES Site Based Parent Elections: Neal Gold in as top vote getter But there's another tie for the other seat. Chad Bivens and Michael Carter will face off on Monday, May 20, 2013, for that parent seat ACES Parent elections to break tie for second seat, between Chad Bivens & Michael Carter, will take place 7am-8:30amCT, in the school office, and 2pm-3pmCT, in the gym, Monday, May 20, 2013 fat Adair County Elementary School, 870 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. By Robbie Harmon, Principal Neal Gold has been elected to the council with the most number of votes from yesterday elections. After the second round of voting for the parent members to the ACES SBDM Council there was another tie for the parent members candidates. This means that there will be a third election to determine the parent members of the 2013-14 ACES SBDM Council. There was tie for the second seat on the ACES council between Chad Bivens and Michael Carter. These two names will be on the ballot for the third election. Parents will be asked to vote for one parent to fill the last parent council seat.
