Commentary: Chimes a time to think about what God has done Hears numerous compliments about the Chimes from tourist who visit here By Sue Stivers One of the many things I love about living in Columbia is hearing the Chimes from the Columbia Baptist Church. To hear the chimes at noon and the evening gives me a few minutes to stop and thank God for allowing me to be a cancer survivor and have good health to the extent that I can be of service to my community and mankind. On week-ends I can stand at my kitchen window and find inspiration from listening to the Chimes. I also hear numerous compliments about the Chimes from tourists who visit our City and County. -Sue Stivers This story was posted on 2013-05-08 18:54:24
