She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Acton Baptist Church. She was an employee of Medco Nursing Home for 27 years. Her marriage to Bobby Harmon endured over 53 years. She leaves 7 direct living descendants

Jane Harmon, 69, of Campbellsville, KY died at 12:15pmET, Saturday, April 20, 2013 in Louisville, KY.

The funeral service will be at 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Bro. Robert Boston. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday, April 22, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.



Pallbearers: Johnny Allen, Paul Atwood, Jeff Knifley, Jamie Noel, Ruger Noel, and Morris Richerson.


Jane Harmon, Taylor County, KY (1943-2013)

Jane Harmon was the daughter of the late Claude Roby and Marjorie Mardis Roby. She was born Sunday, July 4, 1943 in Taylor County, KY. She died Saturday, April 20, 2013 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY at the age of 69 years, nine months, and 16 days. Age: 69

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Acton Baptist Church. She was an employee of Medco Nursing Home for 27 years.

She united in marriage to Bobby Harmon May 2, 1959.

Besides her husband, Bobby Harmon of Campbellsville, KY, she is survived by the following:
  • One son and daughter-in-law: Robby and Kathy Harmon of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Kelly Noel and husband, Jamie of Campbellsville, KY; and Leslie Bennett and husband, Nathan of St. Charles, MO

  • Four great grandchildren: Ruger Noel, Ryder Noel, Alex Bennett and Haleigh Bennett

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by one son, Bryan Keith Harmon in 1963; and one sister and two brothers, Mary Ann Berry, Larry Roby and Richard Roby
