It looks like there will be big crowds out today - Betty's OK Country Cooking was already busy, busy when we got their menu for today. The weather will be sunny, a bit on the chilly side early, so a jacket my be in order. There's a big inaugural event today - something of a street fair, with the first Farmer's Market on the Square setting up soon, open at the Adair Annex. 424 Public Square 8am-12 noon PM. Tap's Diner has a big Special Farmer's Breakfast 6am-12pm noon CT, and it's just $3.25. The Circle R opens at 6amCT - and folks, they're back! They've captured the spirit of the old Circle R, with those great cooked to order Adair County Breakfasts and Meat & Two specials for every lunch & dinner. They've added some new touches: PRIME RIB dinners start at 4:30pmCT, this Saturday and every Saturday. At 10amCT, Pablo's Mexican Grill opens with money saving Combo's (Second entree is 1/2 price) as well as Featured Dinners at special prices, and always, Antonio Aquino sets up special tables for Celebrations and Special Events.
