Alma McCool, Burkesville, KY (1927-2013) Alma McCool was born on Tuesday, May 24, 1927 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Blaine and Hettie Murphy Spears. She died Sunday, April 14, 2013, in Martinsville, Morgan County, IN at the age of 85 years, 10 months, and 21 days. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jake McCool, one daughter, Lucille Morrison, her brothers and sisters, Andrew Spears, Osby Spears, Charlie Spears, Kelsie Spears, Perry Spears, Mary Dulworth, Mattie Pruitt, Edna Reynolds, Nina King, and Dora Spears.
