COLUMBIA, KY - Kristina Kripinski hit a walk-off home run in the eighth inning of game one and Jordan Hood and Lauren Seibert combined to throw a no hitter in game two to give the 19th-ranked Lindsey Wilson softball team a 1-0, 3-0 shutout sweep of Bluefield (Bluefield, VA) on senior day at Lindsey Wilson Park.

In Saturday's opener, Krupinski finished with two hits, including the home run, and third baseman Lauren Payne went 2-for-3. Center fielder Ali Hart collected one hit and proceeded to steal a base.

In the nightcap, it was Travatia Bowden leading the offense with an RBI, run scored and stolen base on two hits, while catcher Jane Egiazarova doubled, drove in a run and scored herself with one hit. - DAN WHITE
