I heard the story from Jim, and it sounded suspiciously like something he would be involved in... Name of writer withheld to protect innocence of the late James Howard Keltner
Thanks: From what I know, I don't think the victim, the owner of the car, really wants revenge so much as notoriety; perhaps a modest Kentucky Historical marker at the site, so that generations to come will know what can happen to a man's car if he isn't watching it constantly. Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it. It could happen again. - EW
