Mark Twain Shrine Club roadblocks today By Robert Flowers Today from 3pm-6pmCT, the Mark Twain Shrine Club will hold a roadblock to benefit Kosair Charities which is the biggest private contributor to Kosair Childrens Hospital in Louisville, KY. Last year's gift was nearly 7 million dollars. In addition, KC also supports the Home of the Innocents, Ronald McDonald House, U of L research for children and many other organizations. The new Downs syndrome center and the Autism center are part of last year's contribution. More Adair County, kids were treated at the hospital last year than any other year in its history.
