Stella Pearl Bryant , 89, Adair Co., KY native (1923-2013) She was born and raised in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late William Matt and Laura Belle (Conover) Curry and a member of a highly regarded family. She had been a resident of Decatur County, IN since 1954. She has extensive family in Kentucky and leaves 30 direct living descendants. Mrs. Bryant retired after 27 years of service from Dellekamp Cleaners in Hope, IN, and 1 Hour Martinizing at Columbus, IN. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church at North Vernon, IN, and of the Candle Lighters Home Economics Club. Stella Pearl Bryant, 89, of Shelbyville, IN, passed away at 6:50pmET, Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Ashford Place Health Center in Shelbyville, IN. The funeral service was Monday, March 11, 2013, at 11amET, at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home at Westport. Burial is at the Westport Cemetery. Stella Pearl Bryant , 89, Adair Co., KY native (1923-2013) She was born April 10, 1923, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of William Matt and Laura Belle (Conover) Curry. She died Monday, March 4 2013, in Shelbyville, Shelby County, IN, at the age of 89 years, 10 months, and 24 days. She was born and raised in Kentuckyi and had been a resident of Decatur County, IN since 1954. Mrs. Bryant retired after 27 years of service from Dellekamp Cleaners in Hope, IN, and 1 Hour Martinizing at Columbus, IN. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church at North Vernon, IN, and of the Candle Lighters Home Economics Club. She married Henry Milton Bryant in Louisville, KY, on September 29, 1942 and he preceded her in death on February 8, 2002. Survivors include the following:
