Email notifications suspensions continues today The decision had to be made: Post more or notify with emails more. We decide to post as many relevant stories and pictures today instead of sending emails. There's always a backlog of items which should have made the news columns, but don't. The suspension is also a beta test to see if so many email notifications are needed at all; if in fact, sending them is simply work which ought not be did in the first place. Those enrolled in CM's part of the world, the change yesterday seemed to have worked - and caused us to consider whether to renew the notifications programs or not. After all, 80% of the people who submit follow the magazine closely enough to catch 80% of what's on the magazine without a prompt - and they are the audience we are primarily hoping to please.
