The funeral services for Mr. Randall Wayne Higgason will be conducted at 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 201 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Bro. Larry Wisdom will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-9pmET, Friday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Saturday until time of the funeral service.


Randall Wayne Higgason, Green County, KY (1946-2013)


He was born on Saturday, November 23, 1946, in Green County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Monday, February 18, 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was 66 years of age, 2 months, and 25 days.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a retired engineer for Winchester Electronics. Mr. Higgason loved playing golf, and riding his motorcycle.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Linda Pate Higgason, having united in marriage on April 5, 1997.

Other survivors include the following:
  • Three daughters and two sons in law: Tammy and Stan Ferraez of PA, Tonna Higgason of Greensburg, KY: and Sandra and Raymond McCool of Alabama

  • Three grandchildren: Caitlan Ferraez, Jade Ferraez both of PA, and Amber Kuntz and her husband Johnny of Texas

  • Three great grandchildren: Adison Kuntz, Brady Kuntz, and Miller Kuntz all of Texas

  • A brother and sister in law: Darrell and Peggy Higgason of Greensburg, KY

  • A foster sister: Kay White of Greensburg, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends.
The Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangements.
