Taylor County Detention Center employee arrested From Campbellsville Police Department The Campbellsville Police Dept today, February 11, 2013, investigated an incidentat Taylor County Detention Center with reference to possible sexual misconduct between a prisoner and a Taylor County Detention Center employee. Upon completing an investigation, Detective Ben Riggs arrested Brandon Noel for two counts of Sodomy 3rd degree and 19 counts of Official Misconduct.
