Adair Hospital District special called meeting, Feb. 11, 2013

The Adair County Hospital District Board of Trustees will meet in a special called meeting, Monday, February 11, 2013, at Westlake Regional Hospital, 901 Westlake Avenue, Monday, February 11, 2013, at 9amCT.

Agenda: 1) Call to order. 2) Executive Session a. KRS:61.810(1)(c) Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency. 3) Adjourn.
The Adair County Hospital Board of Trustees, governing body for Westlake Regional Hospital, Westlake Healthcare Team, meets each last Tuesday at 6:30pm in the board room of Westlake Regional Hospital, 901 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY 42728. The board consists of Chair Craig Pyles; Vice Chair Neal Gold; Treasurer Bruce White; Secretary Richard Grant, Brad Keltner. Administrator, David Rasmussen. Administrative Assistant, Cheryl Wall. Phone 270-384-4753. The meetings are open to the public.
