Adair Annex will be open for shelter from the storm Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss called at 6:03pmCT, Tuesday, January 29, 2013, to announce that the Adair Annex basement, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, will be open, starting immediately, for anyone who wants shelter from the predicted storm tonight. "If the storm comes, we want people to know that they have a place to come tonight." Sheriff Moss said that he'd be hearing predictions of the weather starting at around midnight.
