Annual Cattlemen's Association meeting is at 6:30pmCT at LWC

All Adair County Cattlemen's Association members and prospective members are invited to attend the Cattlemen's Association Annual Meeting at 6:30pmCT, Monday, January 28, 2013, at Lindsey Wilson College's Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, KY. There will be awards presented and officer elections. Farm Credit Services will sponsor the meal. The Adair County Cattlemen's Association is one of the largest organizations representing farmers. The association meets about six times a year, hosts an annual Field Day, and provides scholarship opportunities to Adair County students wishing to attend college. Dues are $30 for single membership, and $45 for couples membership. Becoming a member of the Cattlemen's Association also makes one a member of the Kentucky Cattlemen's Association. Members receive a monthly magazine entitled "Cow Country News" which features hot topics in the industry as well as the most update research for KY cattle producers.
