Drivers injured in collision at US 68/KY 210, Campbellsville

Both drivers transported to Taylor Regional Hospital

Report from Campbellsville, KY, Police Department

The Campbellsville Police Department investigated a two vehicle collision on US 68 at the intersection with KY 210 today, Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 12:56amET.

Officer Brian Morgan responded and initiated the investigation.

According to witnesses at the scene and other evidence, a vehicle operated by James W. Corbin; 906 Pikeview Road; Greensburg, KY was travelling west on US 68. The other vehicle, operated by Cynthia Campbell; 752 East Terrace Ave.; Indianapolis, IN was travelling east (south) on KY 210.

The Corbin vehicle is believed to have disregarded a traffic control signal on US 68, traveled through the intersection and struck the Campbell vehicle. Both drivers were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by CTCEMS for further examination of their injuries.
