Mr. Marvin Price, age 65 of Green County, passed away Friday at his home in Green County.

The funeral services for Mr. Marvin Price will be conducted at 11amCT/12pm noon ET, Monday, January 28, 2013, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 201 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation is requested from 4pm-9pmCT, Sunday, January 27, 2013, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT/8pmET, Monday until time of the funeral service.


He was born May 7, 1947. He died Friday, January 25, 2013, in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 65 years, 8 months, and 18 days.

Survived by his wife: Mary Bagby Price of Green County, and the following:
  • His children: Brenda and Tommy Arbuckle of Campbellsville, KY; Elvis and Sandra Price of Green County, K; Clarence Price and friend, Phillip Jeffries of Campbellsville, KY; and Crystal Johnson and her friend, Rebecca Taqqi of Ohio

  • Five grandchildren: Baylee Arbuckle of Campbellsville, KY; Cassandra Price and Kenny Price both of Green County, KY; Cameron Johnson and Alexis Johnson both of Ohio

  • Four sisters and two brothers and their spouses: Shirley Perkins, Billy and Diane Price all of Campbellsville, KY; Evelyn and Kenny Dial of Greensburg, KY; Linda Rooker of Campbellsville, KY; Kathy Tucker of Indiana, and David Hughes of Campbellsville, KY
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home. the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 201 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY in charge of arrangements.
