Wayne Armitage: It would be simple to have a wet vote here

Wayne Armitage writes
It would be so easy to get a wet vote here in Columbia. All we have to do is get the signatures to have a vote. Then we could have more tax money. If we have all the citizens that drink and don't tell vote we could do it. There are so many that drive to surrounding counties to buy alcohol and then drive back drunk. - WAYNE ARMITAGE
