Remembering Ed McGuire: He made difference at CWC

Patty Jones writes:
I got to know Ed McGuire while he worked for KET. Back in the mid 90's he took the time (and great patience) to teach a group of us at Col. Wm. Casey how to set up, maintain and use video editing equipment (before computer editing was a reality!) His gift for teaching and unmeasurable patience made such a difference in our lives. Rita Partin, Cyndi Crowder Chadwick, and I started a school-based TV station that we called KCTV under his guidance. He planted a love for video production in us that lives on after him. He would come by regularly to check on us, see our latest creation, teach us something new, and always encourage us and motivate us. He truly made a difference in my life and I will be forever grateful for that. --Patty Jones
