Reenie Newsome, age 70, of Dunnville, KY passed away on Sunday December 30, 2012 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 12pmCT/1pmET, Wednesday January 2, 2013 at Bartle Funeral Home Chape, Visitation will be held after 10pmCT/11amET Wednesday January 2, 2013 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, until time of the funeral service.



Reenie Newsome, Dunnville, KY (1942-2012)


She was born August 17, 1942 in Pikeville, Pike County, KY. She was a daughter of the late Harrison Hamilton Sr. and Lizzie Newsome Hamilton. She died Sunday, December 30, 2012, in Dunnville, Casey County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 4 months, and 13 days. She was a upholsterer.

Survivors include her husband, Harrison Simon Newsome, and the following:
  • One daughter: Verda Newsome of Dunnville, KY

  • Two brothers: John B. Hamilton of Pikeville, KY, and Milburne Hamilton of Florida
