Hazardous Weather Outlook
from NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LOUISVILLE KY 3:40pmET TUE DEC 25 2012 Wednesday through Monday. "RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW WEDENSDAY AS THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEPARTS THE REGION. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE.
"A WEAKER DISTURBANCE IS FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. GIVEN COLD AIR IN PLACE IN THE WAKE OF WEDNESDAYS SYSTEM...ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE BUT AT THIS TIME HEAVY SNOW LOOKS UNLIKELY.." if any

The National Weather Service in Louisville, KY, has issued the following forecast for Columbia, KY. This forecast Updated on 26 Dec 2012, 1:15pmCT/2:15pmET
Overnight - Rain. Low around 33. East wind 13 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Wednesday- Rain before 5pm, then a chance of rain and snow. Temperature falling to around 34 by 5pm. Light and variable wind becoming northwest 11 to 16 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Wednesday night- A 30 percent chance of snow, mainly before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Northwest wind 8 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.
