Paul Mills, Taylor Co., KY (1930-2012)

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. He was a former employee of the Overhead Door Company in Campbellsville, KY. He was the patriarch of a respected Taylor County, KY family. His marriage to Ineze Loy Mills, who survives, endured almost 62 years. He leaves 8 direct living descendants.
Paul Mills, 82, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 6:05amET, Thursday, December 13, 2012, in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services are at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Larry Rhodes and Dr. James Jones. Entombment at Brookside Mausoleum, W. Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation is 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Friday, December 14, 2012, at the funeral home.

Paul Mills was the son of the late Henry Mills and Betty Polston Mills. He, was born in Russell County, KY, Tuesday, October 7, 1930. He died at Thursday, December 13, 2012, in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 82 years, 2 months, and 6 days.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.

He was a former employee of the Overhead Door Company in Campbellsville, KY.

He united in marriage to Ineze Loy December 27, 1950.

Besides his wife, Ineze Mills, he is survived by the following:
  • One son and daughter in law: Steve and Janet Mills of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Stuart Mills and Stephanie Johnson and husband, Dr. Paul Johnson of Campbellsville, KY

  • Five great grandchildren: Brittany McMahan and husband, Bobby, Shawn Mills, Hayes Johnson, Harper Johnson and Hadley Johnson of Campbellsville, KY

  • One sister in law: Reba Mills of Brooks, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters: Bill Mills, Elmer Mills, Tommy Mills, Ruby Spurling, Alta Hayes and Ann Grant.
