Regina Murphy, Casey Co., KY (1940-2012) She was born Friday, June 14, 1940 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Ray and Ruby Oressa Rubarts Hammonds. She died Tuesday, December 4, 2012, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 72 years, 4 months, and 18 days.
