One injured after driver loses control of SUV and strikes sign By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Tpr. Kevin Roberts is investigating a collision that occurred at 2:19pmET, Monday, November 26, 2012, in the limits of Lebanon, KY on West Main Street. 34- year-old Jody W. Carroll was operating a 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV traveling west on Main Street when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a sign. Carroll was not belted and was treated at Springview Hospital, Lebanon, KY, for minor injuries.
