Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, KY. The Family requests visitation 5pm-8pmET/4pm-7pmCT, Sunday, November 25, 2012.
