The Columbia/Adair County Utilities District meets regularly each second Thursday of each month at the board conference room 109 Grant Lane, Columbia, KY. The Board includes Chairman Robert Flowers, and Members Rudy Higginbotham, David Jones, Tim Baker, and Barry Stotts. Lennon Stone is the General Manager. Jennifer Carter is the Office Manager. Bo Murphy is Manager of Waste Water Plant, 509 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Bradley Miller is manager of the the Adair County Water Plant, 555 Griffin Springs Road,Campbellsville, KY.
