Kenneth Bumpus, 57, Edmonton, KY (1954-2012) He was a native of Jefferson County, KY, the patriarch of a large, respected family with deep roots in many parts of Kentucky, including Metcalfe, Cumberland and Adair Counties. He was a painter, a U.S. Army Veteran, and was of the Baptist faith Kenneth Bumpus age 57 of Edmonton, KY passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the Bowling Green Medical Center, Bowling Green, KY. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 03, 2012 at 2pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY with Bro. Phillip Leak officiating. Burial will be in the Marrowbone Cemetery/ Visitation is 12pm noon-9pmCT on Friday, November 02, 2012 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville, KY. Kenneth Bumpus, 57, Edmonton, KY (1954-2012) He was born in Jefferson County, Kentucky on November 30, 1954. He was the son of the late Grady and Dorothy Justice Bumpus. He died Wednesday, October 31, 2012, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 57 years, 11 months. He was a painter, a U.S. Army Veteran, and of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia McKinney, two brothers, David Bumpus, and Bobby Bumpus,one half-brother Darrell Cowles, and one grandson, Matthew Cornelison.
