Wilburn (Geary) Wolford, Adair County, KY (1937-2012) He was a member of one of Adair County's greatest pioneer families, whose own life was a testament to that great legacy. He was a devoted member of the Jones Chapel United Methodist Church. He had a distinguished career as a field supervisor for the Lining Division of Enerfab Company. He was a member of the Columbia Lodge No. 96 and Kosair Shrine and Louisville Scottish Rite. He was a US Army veteran. The funeral service will be Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with Bro. John Blakey and Bro. Mike Moon the officiating clergy. Interment in the Jones Chapel Cemetery, 2700 Jones Chapel Road, Columbia, KY. The family will receive friends after 4pmCT on Monday, October 29, 2012, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Masonic rites will be conferred at 7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home by Columbia Lodge 96. He was the son of the late Omar and Nellie Mae Hardwick Wolford. He died Saturday, October 27, 2012, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 74 years, 11 months, and 25 days. He is survived by his wife, Frances Coomer Wolford, of Columbia, KY, and the following:
