Paul Morgan,74, Blair Road, Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY.

The funeral service will be at 10amCT, Friday, October 26, at the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, 2853 Highway 379, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Bodie Emerson officiating. Burial will be in the Reagan Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, at the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.



Paul Morgan, Russell County, KY, (1938-2012)

He was born Sunday June 19, 1938, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Everett Morgan and the late Valara Melson Morgan. He died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 74 years, 4 months, and 4 days.

He was a farmer.

He is survived by the following:
  • Three daughters: Lisa (Duley) Brumley, Jamestown, KY; Mary Ann Morgan, Russell Springs, KY; and Christie (Ed) Smith, Girard, IL

  • One son: Paul W. Morgan, Russell Springs, KY

  • Three sisters: Rachel Antle, Russell Springs, KY; Marie Hadley, Greensburg, KY; and Christine Antle, Louisville, KY

  • Three brothers: Ralph (Betty) Morgan Russell Springs, KY; and Edwin (Faye) Morgan and James Allen (Phyllis) Morgan) both of Jamestown, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Russtin Smith, Cheyenne Morgan, and Lela Brumley
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Calvin, Eugene, and William Morgan.

H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 North Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
