Funeral services for Kevin Cissell will be 11amCT, Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with burial in the Russell Springs City Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Monday, October 22, 2012, at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Ronnie Ford the officiating clergy. Pallbearers: Jermey Cissell, Todd Cissell, Timmy Cissell, Aaron Cissell, Christopher Wethington, and Shane Murley Kevin Cissell, Russell County, KY (1956-2012) He was born Sunday, June 17, 1956 in Bardstown, KY. He was the son Norma Ann Clark Cissell and the late William Charles Cissell. He died Saturay, October 20, 2012, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 56 years, 4 months, and 3 days. Mr. Cissell was a purchasing agent for Stephens Pipe & Steel and was a veteran of US Army. He is survived by his wife, Patty Cissell and the following:
