Vanglean Sexton age 82 of Edmonton died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial to following in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens, 1504 Happy Valley Road, Glasgow. KY. Visitation will be from 3pm-5pmCT, Tuesday, October 9, 2012, and after 9amCT, Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at the funeral home.



She was the daughter of the late Cephus and Ivera Hagan Garmon.

She was retired from Topps Manufacturing and a member of the Society Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by the following:
  • One son: Wayne Sexton of Cave City, KY

  • Two sisters: Vada Sexton of Hiseville and Alyne Froedge of Edmonton, KY
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Freeman Sexton and one sister Vanetta Brown.
