Linda K. Spieker, age 71 years of Wheat Road, Columbia, KY, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012 at 3:20amCT at her home after an illness.

Funeral services are Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Bro. Jackie Vibbert will be the officiating clergy. Interment in White Hill Cemetery, in Cumberland Co., KY near Breeding, KY. Visitation after 4pmCT, Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.



Pallbearers: Chris Reliford, Mike Cook, Jamie Cowan, Dale Jones, and Raymond Vibbert and William Simpson.

Linda K. Spieker, Adair County, KY (1940-2012)


She was born on November 15, 1940 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of the late John Paul abd Ocie Perkins Key. She died Friday, October 5, 2012, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age 71 years, 10 months, and 20 days.

She was preceded in death by her husband Weldon Wray and later she married Daniel G. Spieker of Columbia, who survives.

She also is survived by the following:
  • Four daughters: Laurel Jones and husband of Carmel, IN; Janet Wray of Franklin, IN; Jennifer Ann Richardson of Vandergrift, PA; and Kimberly Dwan Vargas of Michigan

  • One sister: MacIva Davidson of Columbia, KY; and Judith Guthrie of Edmonton, KY

  • Special friends: Todd and Rhonda Reliford

  • Six grandchildren

  • Several other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by one son Timothy Earl Wray

She was a member of Church in Jesus Name and a homemaker.
