Hazardous Weather Outlook issued at 3:41amET, October 2, 2012 "SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE BLUEGRASS AND LAKE CUMBERLAND REGIONS. ANY THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTAIN LIGHTNING AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS."
The National Weather Service in Louisville, KY, has issued the following forecast for Columbia, KY. This forecast from update at 3:35amCT, October 2, 2012

Overnight - Areas of drizzle. Areas of fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 65. Light south wind.

Tuesday - Areas of drizzle before 8am, then a slight chance of showers after 8am. Areas of fog before 8am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 73. Light south wind. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tuesday Evening- A 20 percent chance of showers before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. South wind 3 to 6 mph.
