She was a member of the Bethlehem Separate Baptist Church and a homemaker Hazel Gentry, 88, Russell Springs, KY, died Sunday, September 30, 2012, at the Bowling Green Medical Center, Bowling Green, KY. The funeral services will be at 10amCT, Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Rev. Daryl Coe and Rev. Troy Grider the officiating clergy. Burial will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Russell County, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Friday, October 5, 2012. Hazel Gentry, Russell Co, KY; Difficulty, KY, native (1924-2012) She was born Tuesday, May 6, 1924, in Difficulty, McCreary County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Flossie Davis Boyatt, and the late Carlie Boyatt. She died September 30, 2012, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 88 years, 4 months, and 24 days. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Ray Gentry, and two brothers, Arvilee Boyatt and Henry Boyatt; and three sisters, Wilma Tarter, Stella Boyatt, and Barbara Jean Boyatt.
