Funeral services will be conducted at 11amET/10amET, Monday, October 1, 2012, at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home chapel, 503 East Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmET/4pm-7pmCT, at the funeral home, Sunday, September 30, 2012. Burial in the Callahan Cemetery, beside Feathersburg Church of God, Adair County, KY.

She was born Monday, June 14, 1943. She died September 28, 2012, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 69 years, 3 months, and 14 days.

She is survived by:
  • One son: Brian Giles of Campbellsville, KY

  • One daughter and son-in-law: Valerie and Al Gamboa of Lexington, KY

  • Eight grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren

  • Her mother: Vernie Seaborne, Campbellsville, KY

  • Four brothers: Norman, Phillip, Mitchell, and Junior Seaborne all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two sisters: Phyllis Duncan of Shepherdsville, KY; and Becky Brown of Campbellsville, KY
