Bliss News: Top speed chase stops man fleeing on motorized cart By Victoria Browning Pike Well, Ed missed the biggest news story of the year. I tried to get him twice to report a motorized cart from Walmart heading south on the new highway at top speed being chased by the police with blue lights blinking. The cart gave out in front of Kenny Bennett's house and it was all over.
