Charles O'Brien, 82, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 10:30pmET, Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in Campbellsville, KY. Services will be at at 2pmET/1pmCT, Friday, September 21, 2012 graveside, at the Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Danny Nelson. Charles O'Brien, Taylor County, KY (1929-2012) Charles O'Brien of Campbellsville, KY, was the son of the late Patrick O'Brien and Mary Etta Weese O'Brien. He was born in Edmonson County, Kentucky, on Monday, December 16, 1929. He died Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 9 months, and 3 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pitman Valley Baptist Church. He was a retired farmer. He united in marriage to Nellie Sneed January 3, 1975 who preceded him in death April 7, 2001.
