Campbellsville Police apprehend two juveniles in burglary case Property recovered valued at nearly $9,000 From Campbellsville Police Department The Campbellsville Police Department report the recovery of stolen property and apprehension of persons involved in alleged Burglary of a residence, today, Friday September 14, 2012. On September 5, 2012, Officers Daniel Forbis and Charles Houk received information regarding the Burglary of a residence which had occurred weeks earlier. Officer Andy Warren had responded to a Burglary at a residence located at 224 Southern Drive in Campbellsville and initialed the original investigation. Forbis and Houk began a follow- up from the new information received, locating potential witnesses and conducting interviews. After several interviews, Forbis and Houk were able to identify the alleged perpetrators - two male juveniles. Subsequently, as a result of their investigation, Officers Forbis and Houk also located and recovered the property stolen in the Burglary, valued at nearly $9,000.00. The stolen property was returned to the victim. The juvenile offenders were released to their parents and cited to court through the Court Designated Worker (CDW). The court case is pending further review and action while the investigation continues. Investigating officers were Officer Daniel Forbis, Officer Charles Houk; and Officer Andy Warren.
