Funeral services were private. Interment was in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY.

He is survived by:
  • His father: C.J. Holt and wife Shirley of Columbia, KY

  • His mother: Lois Bennett Holt of Science Hill, KY

  • Two sisters: Melanie Ransdell of Berea, KY

  • Latisa Beason of Hot Springs, Arkansas

  • One brother: Lanny Holt of Science Hill, KY

  • One half brother: Ben Holt of Columbia, KY

  • One step brother: Brandon Branham of Nashville, TN
