Janice Eads Pevely passed away Tuesday September 4, 2012 at the Casey County Hospital. She was 62.

Funeral services are 11amET/10amCT, Thursday, September 6, 3012 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Clifford DeHart officiating. Burial is at South Fork Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, September 5, 2012, 6pm-9pmET/5pm-8pmET at the funeral home.



Janice Eads Pevely, 62, Casey County, KY (1949-2012)


She was born November 15, 1949 in Casey County, KY. She was the daughter of Hobert and Reatha Luttrell Eads. She died Tuesday, September 4, 2012, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 19 days.

She was a homemaker and member of the Canaan Valley Separate Baptist Church. She was the widow of Paul Pevely.

Survivors include her parents, Hobert and Reatha Eads of Windsor, KY, and the following:
  • Sons: Mitchell Dale Eads of Russell Springs, KY; Kevin Scott Pevely of Greenwood, IN; Devin Dewayne Pevely of Windsor, KY; Dustin Shawn Pevely of Russell Springs, KY and Terry Lee Stephens of Windsor, KY

  • Twelve grandchildren; brothers, Jerry, Roger and Bobby Eads all of Windsor, KY

  • And sister: Phyllis West of Russell County, KY
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Steven Paul Pevely.
