Burial is at South Fork Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, September 5, 2012, 6pm-9pmET/5pm-8pmET at the funeral home. She died Tuesday, September 4, 2012, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 19 days. She was a homemaker and member of the Canaan Valley Separate Baptist Church. She was the widow of Paul Pevely. Survivors include her parents, Hobert and Reatha Eads of Windsor, KY, and the following:
