William (Billy) Loy, S. Hwy 127 (1944-2012) He was a member of a large, highly regarded Russell County, KY family with strong ties in Adair County, KY. He was a truck driver and a member of the Jamestown Christian Church William "Billy" Loy, 68, S. Hwy 127, Russell Springs, KY died Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY. The funeral will be at 10amCT, Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Rev. Tony Stephens the officiating clergy. Laura Godby will render special music. Burial will be in the Russell County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Friday, August 24, 2012. Pallbearers: Jeff Smith, Steve Bledsoe, Jesse Tucker, Scott Grider, Larry Bryant, and Joe Michael Irvin. Honorary pallbearers: Raban Smith, Brooks Bates, Elvin "Dut: Wilson. William (Billy) Loy, S. Hwy 127 (1944-2012) William "Billy" Loy was born April 2, 1944 in Lebanon, Marion County, KY. He was the son of the late Mayme Loy and the late Woodrow William Loy. He died Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at the age of 68 years, 4 months, and 20 days. He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Bell Loy. He was a truck driver and a member of the Jamestown Christian Church. He is survived by the following:
