Adair Fire Department respond to fire on Keltner-Mell Ridge Road Bing Map for Location of Fire, 10 Keltner-Mell Road The fire was approximately 15.3 miles from the Columbia/Adair County Fire Station, 200 Merchant Street, Columbia, KY. By Donald Hare, Public Affairs Officer News from the Adair County Fire Department The Adair County Fire department responded at 12:38amCT, at 10 Keltner-Mell Ridge Road at the intersection of Keltnertown Road. The property was owned by Glenn Phillips and was an unoccupied Double Wide Mobile Home.
