Merl Davidson age 68 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Cumberland County Hospital.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 2pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in the Spears Cemetery. The family requests visitation 5pm-9pmCT, Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, Burkesville, KY.



Pallbearers: Pat Burns, Nathan Burns, Jimmy Myers, Brian Bean, Tommy Willis, and Clyde Willis.,

Honorary Pallbearers: Cory Williams, Michael Vibbert, Ricky Arms, Dr. Samuel Rice, Larry Scott, Floyd Willis, Gene Willis, and Clyde Long

Merl Davidson, Cumberland Co., KY (1944-2012)

He was born on February 24, 1944 in Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of the late Jeffrey and Maggie Bell Willis Davidson. He died Sunday, August 12, 2012, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY at the age of 68 years, 6 months, and 17 days.

He was a member of Spears Chapel Community Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Hermon Davidson.

Survivors Include:
  • A host of cousins

  • And many friends including: Special Friend, Larry Scott of Burkesville, KY; and Special Friend and caretaker, Jerry Pottorff of Burkesville, KY
