Tax petition: Voting in last presidential election not requirement The only relevance is that the number of qualified signers needed is equal to 10% of the total votes cast in Adair County in the last presidential election Crystal Kimbler writes: To my knowledge the (writer names two elements of the Adair County media mix not including us, but I'm not giving them a lot of free publicity here by naming them - EW) had publicly announced that in order to sign the hospital tax recall petition you had to have voted in the last presidential election, and that is not true.
