The Mary's House Committee set a goal of $40,000 to reach in one month. We had and still have high expectations! Should we not obtain the entire $40,000 by next Wednesday, we will continue our fundraising efforts. The August 1 date was selected so we could break ground the first week of August hoping to have the family in their new home by Christmas! Perhaps you have been waiting to see how the money situation is going. Well, it is time to act and act FAST! To those who have given already, please accept a heart-felt thanks from the committee members and Mary's family. Your generosity is such a blessing. - FRAN NEAT To learn more about Mary's House and to see how you can help, NOW: Cane Valley Christian Church, along with a group of concerned citizens, is raising money to build a new house for Mary McGuffin, a single, working mother with seven children, whose house recently burned.
