Charles Brett "Chaz" Hayden, Jr. passed away Sunday July 22, 2012 at Kosair Children Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was 3 months old.

Graveside services are 2pmET/1pmCT, Wednesday July 25, 2012 at Tapscott Cemetery with Bro. Mike Pitzer officiating with burial following service.



Pallbearers are Dale James Brucker and Charles Brett Hayden, Sr.

Charles Brett "Chaz" Hayden, Jr., Campbellsville, KY, 3 months

Born in Thursday, April 5, 2012 in Danville, Boyle County, KY, he was the infant son of Brianna Means Brucker. He died Sunday, July 22, 2012, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 3 months, 17 days.

Survivors include his mother, Brianna Means Brucker of Campbellsville, KY, and the following:
  • Sisters: Telisa, Bri Hayden and Maggie Faye Brucker

  • And grandparents: Billy Hayden, Nellie Means, Daniel Brucker and Cheryle Brucker
Funeral arrangement entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
